Doors from here lead onto the patio and pool area. the summer lounge, also with doors to the patio and pool area, has comfortable soft furnishings, and is an ideal place to take a rest from the sun. With satellite tv and numerous sky channels, it is ideal for youngsters as a break from the pool or simply a chance for the adults to take a quiet lunch. A video and cd player are also available, as well as a cot and high chair. on the first floor is: bedroom 1, the master double bedded room with a superb view over the pool and terrace area, with a large en-suite with bath, shower and twin hand basins. bedroom 2, a further twin-bedded room and bathroom. bedroom 3, a large double bedroom with en-suite. the winter lounge, accessed from the landing area or separately by an internal staircase, offers a cool comfortable get away room for anyone who might like some peace from the rest of the group. on the top floor is: a bathroom and two twin bedded rooms. It has a surround of terracotta tiles and is sited in the delightfully lawned gardens of almost one acre.
